The 9-5 Challenge

The 9-5 Challenge respects your privacy. We built this app to track corporate absurdity, not your corporate secrets. This document outlines exactly what we touch and what we leave alone.

Data We Collect

Account Information: Your username and email address. We use this to save your progress and populate leaderboards.
Game Data: We store your XP, current level, phrase collection history, and active streaks.
Device Telemetry: Basic hardware information to ensure the Liquid Glass interface renders correctly on your specific iPhone model.

Surveillance & Audio

We do not record you. The 9-5 Challenge never accesses your microphone to analyze your meetings. We never scrape your emails, Slack messages, or Zoom transcripts.

The Honor System

The app relies on manual input. You tell us when you use a phrase. We do not verify this through sensors. We made this choice deliberately to protect your privacy.

Your Rights

You own your data. You can delete your account and all associated history at any time through the in-app settings menu. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers.
