1. MISSION BRIEF (READ FIRST)

We do not fix “bad” numbers. If the T15 War Room gives you a 12% probability of admission to Harvard despite your 4.0 GPA, this is not a bug. This is the market reality. Do not submit a support ticket asking us to “adjust” your odds. The Algorithm is objective. It does not care about your feelings.

Submit a ticket only if:

  • The application crashes.
  • Your data is failing to save.
  • You identified a calculation anomaly (e.g., negative probability).

2. KNOWLEDGE BASE // FAQ

SECTION A: THE ALGORITHM

Q: My school counselor says I have a “Good Chance,” but the War Room says 14%. Who is right?

A: Your counselor is paid to keep you optimistic. The War Room is built to keep you realistic. Our algorithm processes 3,375 data points, including “Shadow Variables” (Zip Code, Yield Protection, Institutional Priorities) that counselors often ignore. We stand by the math.

Q: What is the “Shadow Protocol”?

A: This is our proprietary weighting engine. It accounts for the unwritten rules of admissions—specifically how universities weigh Leverage (Donors, Legacy, Fame) against Merit (Grades, Scores).

Q: Why did my odds drop when I selected “Business” as my major?

A: This is the Supply/Demand Correction. Business and Engineering programs at T15 schools are hyper-saturated. Even with perfect stats, the “Major Penalty” will reduce your probability.

Q: I have a Tier 1 Parent (Billionaire/Icon). Why isn’t my probability 100%?

A: Even “Development Cases” are not guaranteed. However, if you are seeing probabilities below 60% with Tier 1 status, check that you have selected the correct “University Archetype.” MIT (Meritocrat) suppresses wealth influence, whereas UPenn (Vault) amplifies it.

SECTION B: DATA SECURITY

Q: Is my “Net Worth” data safe?

A: Yes. We use a Local-First Architecture. Your financial inputs, parental tiers, and specific demographic data are processed locally on your device’s SQLite database. We do not transmit your net worth to our cloud servers. It exists only on your phone.

Q: How do I delete my data?

A: Go to Settings > Dangerous Zone > Burn Profile. This will permanently wipe your local database and delete your account authentication token from our system. This action is irreversible.

SECTION C: BILLING & ACCESS

Q: Is the T15 War Room free?

A: The “Base Assessment” (Onboarding + Dashboard) is free. Deep-dive reports on specific universities (ROI analysis, specific Shadow Factors) may require an upgrade to War Room Pro.

3. TROUBLESHOOTING PROTOCOLS

ISSUE: The “Market Chart” is frozen during onboarding.

FIX: This usually happens if you navigate backward too quickly.

  1. Force Quit the App.
  2. Re-open.
  3. The app will resume from your last saved checkpoint.

ISSUE: I cannot select “International” status.

FIX: Check your “State of Residence.” If you selected a US State, the “International” toggle is locked to prevent data conflicts. Change State to “N/A – International” first.
